All Questions8 questions
Which adhesive materials does ANGUBANG offer?

The product brochure covers four adhesive families: epoxy, acrylic, polyurethane and silicone. Products include SMT red adhesive, one-part epoxy, two-part structural and potting adhesives, acrylic AB adhesive, UV adhesive, anaerobic adhesive, PUR and MS-modified silicone. Different products address different substrates and processing requirements.

Link to Question
What information should I provide before discussing material selection?

Describe the substrates and surface conditions, joint structure and gap, service environment, dispensing method, permitted curing conditions and acceptance requirements. Sample information or a description of the current process helps further material-selection discussions.

Link to Question
How should I choose between one-part and two-part adhesives?

Component count is not a performance ranking. One-part materials usually reduce on-site mixing steps but still require suitable heat, light or moisture-curing conditions. Two-part materials require the specified mixing ratio and attention to working time. Compare specific models against substrates, equipment and production cycle times.

Link to Question
Do all one-part adhesives cure at room temperature?

No. SMT red adhesive and some one-part epoxies in the brochure use heat curing. UV adhesives depend on ultraviolet light, while some PUR and MS materials use moisture curing. Follow the conditions for the specific model rather than assuming from the one-part label.

Link to Question
Can bonding adhesives and potting compounds be used interchangeably?

Direct substitution is not advisable. Structural bonding focuses mainly on connection strength and loading mode, while potting also requires attention to filling, insulation, stress, heat dissipation and protection. Even materials in the same family require validation against the actual structure and conditions of use.

Link to Question
Can typical brochure values be used directly as production conditions?

Brochure excerpts support preliminary screening; they are not acceptance conclusions for a specific application. Check the latest model documentation and validate using actual substrates, bond-line structures, dispensing equipment and curing conditions.

Where can I obtain the product brochure, TDS or SDS?

The current product brochure is available for download on this website. For the latest technical data sheet (TDS) or safety data sheet (SDS) for a specific model, contact the company at 2471637605@qq.com.

How can I discuss samples or a customized application?

Send substrate, structure, process and performance objectives to the business email address. Sample quantities, lead times, costs and the scope of customization require further discussion and confirmation.
